Absolutely recommend for anyone who has thinning hair. Used this product for 6 months, got results and stopped. After having stopped for 2-3 months my hair regressed and thinned again. After having used it again for the last 4 months my hair is full again. For me I noticed it only thickens hair that I already have. Will not regrow lost hair/bald spots. I was fortunate to have started this early.
